You understand and agree that all personal information that pertains to you, including all names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, payment information, and other information will be kept by Kiwi, Inc. dba Joyride and Stripe, Inc. dba Stripe in accordance with their respective privacy policies located at https://www.onjoyride.com/legal/#privacy and https://stripe.com/us/privacy. To the extent applicable, the policies below are applicable to data and information collected by Glide when you: use the Glide network of websites that link to this Privacy Policy (including any versions optimized for viewing on a wireless or tablet device); receive and view email newsletters published or distributed by Glide; use apps published by Glide, including the “Glide” app; activate a Glide vehicle (“Vehicle”); or use any other services, interactive features, and communications made available by Glide, however accessed and/or used, that are operated by us, made available by us, or produced and maintained by us and our related companies (“Services”). We have established this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to let you know the kinds of information we may gather during your use of the Services, why we gather your information, what we use your information for, when we might disclose your information, and how you can manage your information.

I. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information about you in a variety of ways when you use our Services.

Automatically Collected Information. There is also some information that we collect through automated technical means as you browse our websites, use our apps, or otherwise use the Services. For example, we collect:

Location Information. We collect and store location information about you associated with your account that you volunteer on the Services or enable through the Services or your device. We will collect precise GPS location information regarding the location of the Glide Vehicles, the routes taken by these Vehicles, and the rental status of these Vehicles. We also collect and store your device’s source IP address which may disclose the general location of your device at the time you access the Services.

Collection of Information from or through Social Media Sites or Using Your Social Media Logon. When you interact with any Service Provider page or account on a social media platform, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Tumblr, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Pinterest, we may collect the information that you make available to us on that page or account including your account ID or “handle.” However, we will only collect and store such information that we are permitted to collect based on your settings on and the policies of these social media platforms. If you publish your social media profile on our Services, we may collect information that you make available as part of that profile.

Collection of Information from Other Sources. We also may collect information about you that we may receive from other sources to, among other things, enable us to verify, update information contained in our records, and better customize the Services for you. These sources may include business partners, marketers, researchers, and analysts. We may also collect information from credit reporting agencies to, for example, determine your creditworthiness, credit score, and credit usage, in accordance with applicable laws.

Collection of Third Party Information through Tell‑A‑Friend Feature. We may from time to time conduct a referral service to introduce people you know to our Services, in accordance with applicable local laws. If you choose to use our referral service to tell someone about our Services, we will provide you with a template message and referral code to send to your referral. We will not collect the referral’s information unless he/she signs up to use the Services with the referral code.
II. USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER ONLINE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Like most websites and mobile applications, we use “cookies,” which are small text files that are stored on your computer or equipment when you visit certain online pages that record your preferences and actions. We may also use cookies to monitor traffic, improve the Services and make it easier and/or relevant for your use.
